We’re looking for a Performance Manage r to join us at Telia.
I’m Carolina Råghall, Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development. In this unit, we design & drive the change agenda - from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units, from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization’s skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and leaders across the B2B organization.
What you’ll do:
Ensure that the sales organization achieves its goals through defining & conducting systematic follow-up together with sales managers on ways of working, as well as defining and implementing tactical and operational corrective measures as needed. The goal is to develop the business, act proactively and build partnerships to further develop our relationships with our most important customers.
- Drive a proactive sales methodology, qualification frameworks, leading KPI: s, etc.
- Create overview of operational obstacles to sales efficiency, KPI reporting in CRM
- Consult stakeholder across the sales organization on KPI performance & operational efficiency
- Drive changes to sales behavior through sales managers & inspire constant learning

The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you’ll work closely with sales managers and stakeholders across the organization. You need to be proactive, structured, and analytical. A change-driven and coaching mindset is essential to influence sales behavior and foster continuous learning. Finally, the role benefits from someone who is adaptable and comfortable leading transformation in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in Complex B2B Sales with strong results
- Strong knowledge of Sales methodologies & effective performance driving KPI:s
- Ability to translate insights into actionable improvements & communicate these effectively
- Fluency in Swedish & English
