We are on a journey to transform how we manage complexity, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between heavy-duty infrastructure and intelligent automation.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEvolve our Observability Stack: Build and manage high-scale logging and tracing platforms (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK, Prometheus).\n\nDrive the AIOps Journey: Help us transition from reactive troubleshooting to proactive, AI-driven insights and anomaly detection.\n\nAutomate Everything: Use Python and modern DevOps tools to eliminate manual tasks and optimize data processing.\n\nOwn the Lifecycle: Take end-to-end ownership of IT Service Management (ITSM) tooling, CMDB, and Privilege Access Management (CyberArk).\n\nWhat will help you thrive in this role:\n3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or the Observability domain.\n\nHands-on experience with logging/tracing (Grafana stack, ELK) and monitoring (Zabbix, Prometheus).\n\nContainerization fluency: Experience with OpenShift, Tanzu, or similar Kubernetes distributions.\n\nScripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and a \"code-first\" mindset (Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible/AWX).\n\nAIOps Interest: A genuine curiosity or experience in applying AI/ML logic to infrastructure data.\n\nCommunication: Fluent in both Lithuanian and English.\n\nJoin us to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planet\nAt Telia, we’re a team of 15 000 colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics, passionate about technology and connectivity.
