take ownership of complex technical issues, and contribute to cross-border projects.\nYour profile\nDuties and responsibilities\nSet up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain new and existing server environments.\nPerform routine infrastructure maintenance and updates to support availability and performance.\nManage VMware and Proxmox virtualization platforms.\nMonitor systems, networks, and Telio applications proactively, resolving issues before they affect operations.\nManage backup solutions and ensure recovery procedures are tested and documented.\nAct as an escalation point for complex incidents and support effective incident resolution.\nGuide and enable the Second Level Support team.\nMaintain accurate hardware and software asset records and support licensing compliance.\nConduct system and network audits against internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.\nCreate and maintain technical designs, installation instructions, procedures, checklists, and network documentation.\nContribute to international IT projects and cohesive support across locations.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation and NOC duties.\n Required Qualifications, Experience & CompetenciesProfessional Experience & Skills\nMore than five years of experience in system administration, IT systems architecture, networking, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of Windows environments, including Active Directory, Windows Server, back-office products, and workstations.\nGood hands-on knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Proxmox.\nExperience with monitoring systems and with Confluence and Jira.\nExcellent communication and technical documentation skills.\nProfessional proficiency in both English and Hungarian, spoken and written.\nWillingness to travel internationally approximately 10-20% of the time.\nA B.Sc. in Computer Science is preferred.\nAdvantage:Linux system administration.\nCloud services, particularly
