Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager - Connectivity leads the definition, evolution, and lifecycle management of our NExT Core and Platform. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end product strategy and execution, ensuring delivery of a competitive, scalable, and profitable connectivity platform aligned with market needs and company objectives.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Own the NExT Core and Platform product portfolio end to end, including strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Define and execute short-, mid- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and continuously refine the product value proposition, positioning and differentiation.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Partner closely with Architecture and R&D throughout the development cycle to support time-to-market, quality and profitability targets.
• Coordinate priorities and decisions across Product, Partnerships, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on product messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Engage key customers and partners to define use cases and validate product direction.
• Monitor connectivity trends, competitive developments and evolving customer needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cellular IoT connectivity platforms and technologies, while contributing to broader portfolio initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, including experience at Senior Product Manager level, ideally in an industrial B2B service provider.
• Hands-on experience with connectivity, cloud or SaaS offerings in B2B environments.
• Experience with cellular and wireless technologies applied to IoT environments.
• Understanding of 3GPP cellular core network architectures, from 2G through 5G Standalone.
• Strong product, project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to evaluate products quickly and translate findings into decisions.
• Confident communication with customer stakeholders from engineering through director level.
• Ability to create compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Fluent English and availability for global travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a technology-related field. Electronics, telecommunications or computer science is preferred.
• Experience with agile product design and development methodologies.
• Experience with eSIM and remote SIM provisioning solutions.
• Exposure to UX/UI design methodologies.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to industrial products or services.

Salary Description

€45,000-€53,000 per year
