The position reports to the HW System Team Leader and collaborates with global partners in telecom and automotive sectors. This position also contributes to mass-production readiness through validation, reliability testing, and technical documentation.\nObjectives & Responsibilities\nDesign digital and power circuits for 5G/IoT wireless modules using platforms such as Qualcomm SDX75 and MDM9x07. \nPerform PDN (Power Delivery Network) simulations and optimize power integrity and PCB layout performance. \nDevelop and validate high-speed interfaces including USB, PCIe, LPDDR, Ethernet, SPI, I²C, and UART. \nSupport PCB layout activities, including LGA pad design and system-level integration. \nCollaborate on smart antenna design and RF-related hardware integration tasks. \nConduct reliability and environmental tests (ESD, thermal, humidity) and prepare board-level verification plans. \nPerform failure analysis (FA) and root cause analysis (RCA), providing corrective action proposals. \nDesign and integrate Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules such as WCN7851 (Wi-Fi 7) with external partners. \nCreate and maintain test scenarios, design documents, and validation reports.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field. \n10+ years of practical experience in circuit design or hardware development for 5G, IoT, or related wireless systems. \nProficiency in PDN simulation and power integrity optimization.\nSkilled in high speed interface design (USB, PCIe, LPDDR, Ethernet, etc.).\nExperience in LGA layout related integration.\nHands on experience with reliability testing (ESD, thermal, temperature-humidity testing) and Failure Analysis (FA/RCA).\nFamiliarity with Qualcomm platforms.\nProficiency with Altium or equivalent hardware design tools.\nExperience collaborating with global customers.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Qualcomm hardware platforms.\nPrior leadership in industrial development and execution of large scale OEM programs.\nAbility to apply hardware analysis tools for thermal modeling and EMI simulation.\nBackground in industrial reliability
