Description Job Summary The Sr. Project Manager (Sr. PJM) owns delivery for a primary 5G/LTE platform program and its related SKUs/variants, coordinating cross-functional teams and lifecycle milestones across Feasibility, Development, and Evolution to deliver predictable schedule, cost, and quality results. In a matrix organization, this role partners closely with Product Management, R&D department managers, Quality/V&V, Product Engineering, AE/FAE, and Operations to resolve dependencies, manage trade-offs, and maintain execution visibility. The position reports to the VP of 5G & LTE Products R&D and offers growth toward broader program/portfolio leadership through strengthened lifecycle governance, cross-functional influence, and metrics-driven execution discipline.
