All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture.\nCheck out our principles to see how we work.\nabout the role\nAs Deployment Strategist you own end-to-end deployment for a portfolio of telli customers. You lead complex, high-stakes implementations from signature to first production call, bringing customers live fast and setting them up to succeed as telli scales.\nOnce sales closes a customer, you take over. You scope the use case, build and tune the voice agent, handle telephony and integrations, run UAT with the customer, and drive them to first production call.
