All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture.\nCheck out our principles to see how we work.\nabout the role\nThis is a role for people with great taste in designing software & AI systems. You will own design across the company and find novel UX patterns to solve problems that haven’t existed in software products before. We are pushing the limits of LLMs and looking for someone to build the future with us.\nThings that you might work on:\ndesigning UX patterns that work both for web applications and within chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, etc.)\n\nagentic loops that let customers analyze and improve their voice agents\n\ndefine and implement design language of our product & brand\n\nwhat we look for\nwe believe that the role of a product designer and engineer are merging. We are looking for someone who wants to shape that shift with us. If you are designer who has never written production code, that is ok - as long as you are willing to experiment and learn.\nAesthetic taste - can you craft visually appealing products\n\nFunctional - you can craft products that solve real problems\n\nUnassuming - you don’t work on assumptions but build a mental model from real customer insights & conversations\n\nHigh Ownership - Nobody has to tell you what to do, you just do things\n\nFirst Principles Thinking - You don’t take what people say at face value. You make sure you understand the underlying problem\n\nAI-pilled - You are heavily leveraging AI in your work\n\nStrive in ambiguity - You are able to jump into novel ambiguous problem, understand the reason and solve it\n\nBuilder - You love to create things. We don’t care too much about years of experience or what companies you worked at.
