You will work collaboratively with all entities involved in the program in the design and development of products or services to support contract deliverables. In addition, you may assist management in leading a team by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and coaching and training staff for the successful completion of the program.\nTelligen will consider internal candidates in states we have a business presence in.\nWhat you'll do:\nOperational Support:\nEnsure programs meet and exceed expectations by overseeing program activities, timeliness, and internal quality control standards\nCommunicate efficiently and effectively to project team\nProvide direction to internal team and/or project team, providing continual status reports and resolving issues in a timely manner\nUtilize knowledge and expertise to research and resolve issues in a timely manner to the customer’s satisfaction\nDocumentation:\nCreate, update, and review documentation and provide input for clarification and detail, ensuring information is accurate, thorough, and follows established processes and compliance requirements (i.e. 508 compliance standards)\nProvide final review of documents prior to Manager review and approval\nEnsure documentation is distributed to team members, end users, and/or customers in a timely manner\nClient Management:\nPerform client needs analysis and assessment\nManage client expectations and relationships\nEnsure programs and services meet and exceed client expectations by overseeing daily activities\nInteract with customers and partners, including other contractors, to ensure successful completion of tasks\nCoordinate with managers to ensure positive client relationships and that expectations align with contract specific requirements\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nFour-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, and/or equivalent training and/or experience; 7-10 years’ experience in related field \nDemonstrated experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight\n2-3 years’ client/customer management experience managing and owning client expectations and relationships\n3-5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff\nDemonstrated experience with a health-related system and/or corporate systems\nAdvanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software products\nIntermediate knowledge and experience working with database applications, data trending/graphics and reporting tools.\nIntermediate knowledge and experience with data collection techniques, basic data analysis and graphic representation of data\nActive Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID: As a CMS Contractor employee requiring routine access to a CMS federally controlled information system, this position requires establishing an Identity and Credentialing Tool (ICT) account and obtaining a EUA IDIf you do not currently hold an active EUA ID, you must complete the required training and obtain the EUA ID.
