infrastructure projects and operational improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise technologies and established infrastructure practices\nCreate and maintain documentation for system changes, operational procedures, troubleshooting processes, and support activities to promote knowledge sharing and service continuity\nFollow established security, compliance, and data protection requirements in the administration and support of infrastructure systems\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\n2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, systems administration, or a related role within cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments\nWorking knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Windows and Linux systems, network services, Microsoft 365, and directory services such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID\nFamiliarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure\nFamiliarity with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell or Bash, to support recurring administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency\nExperience using system monitoring tools and performing routine infrastructure maintenance, including patching, backups, and system updates\nUnderstanding of identity and access management concepts within directory services, access control systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow documented procedures, analyze standard technical issues, and determine when escalation is appropriate\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nRelevant industry certifications are preferred, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365, CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent infrastructure and cloud
