The primary focus is ensuring all offices are fully operational, monitored, and maintained. The role also covers general IT support, infrastructure projects, and a shared on-call rotation as part of the IT Operations team. We are an AI-forward company and expect comfort and experience implementing, maintaining, and owning agentic solutions. Time is split between operational support and project work.\nLocation & Schedule\nStandard Denver (Mountain Time) business hours.\nIn the Denver office 3 days per week, with Monday as a required in-office day.\nOccasional travel to other offices or locations globally.\nShared on-call rotation.\nThe Opportunity\nMaintain office infrastructure, including WiFi, networking, internet connectivity, conference rooms, and A/V.\nStandardize hardware and configuration across offices.\nPlan and deliver office buildouts and network upgrades.\nWork with vendors on procurement, installs, repairs, and support, including ISPs, carriers, and contractors.\nCoordinate with facilities and building management, including physical access systems.\nMonitor sites and resolve outages.\nProvide employee IT support.\nManage endpoints, accounts, and access.\nManage hardware procurement, inventory, and shipping.\nBuild, maintain, and own automations and agentic solutions.\nContribute to IT infrastructure projects.\nMaintain documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and site records.\nWho We’re Looking For\nExperience in IT operations, systems administration, helpdesk, or a similar hands-on role.\nSolid networking fundamentals: wireless, switching, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.\nExperience supporting conference rooms and A/V or video conferencing systems.\nTroubleshooting experience across macOS, Windows, and Linux.\nWorking knowledge of identity and access management and cloud-based platforms.\nScripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar.\nExperience implementing and maintaining agentic solutions.\nClear written and verbal communication with employees and vendors.\nInterest in technology outside of work, such as home labs or side projects.\nBonus Points For\nManaged network platforms (UniFi, Meraki, or similar).\nOffice buildouts, structured cabling, or physical infrastructure.\nISP provisioning, failover connectivity, or site-to-site networking.\nBuilding integrations with Slack and SaaS APIs.\nGit and CI/CD workflows.\nEndpoint management and zero-touch deployment.\nSSO and provisioning protocols (SAML, SCIM).\nExposure to
