You will work across varied technologies, build your technical capability and partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.\nYou can be basedeither in Canberra, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.\nA minimum Active NV1 clearance is essential to be considered for this role\nKey Responsibilities\n· Deliver minor works, infrastructure changes, deployments and remediation activities within agreed service levels.\n· Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.\n· Support release, deployment and change-management activities while protecting operational stability.\n· Manage service requests and communicate progress, risks and timeframes clearly to stakeholders.\n· Prepare accurate technical documentation, implementation records and customer updates.\n· Maintain accurate data across asset, configuration and operational systems.\n· Contribute to a safe, inclusive and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement.\nAbout You\nYou are a customer-focused engineer who enjoys solving problems in complex, regulated environments.
