In addition, you will be tasked with Operating at the customers site to action incidents, service requests, and project tasks for information on the customers ICT environment.\nYour key responsibilities and major tasks include, but are not limited to:\nProactive looking for opportunities to support regional defence team, actively seek and support the regional team, with issues and opportunities.\nWorking on the customers ICT environment that includes Defence’s Juniper ICT network, wireless technology, Skype of business voice, Video conferencing and passive infrastructure (Fibre and copper).\nManaging workload within the customers services management tool to meet SLA’s\nWorking individually or with other teams to resolve incidents within SLA’s.\nWorking individually or with other teams to deliver service requests that meet the customers’ requirements within SLA’s.\nUpdating documentation during changes such as cable solve or MDF record books to maintain accuracy of the ICT environment.\nMaintain and report the security of the ICT environment.\nProvide weekly reporting or escalation to the Delivery Manager.\nProvide input into and maintain technical and or Procedural documentation.\nAbout You\nTo hit the ground running we are looking for individuals who can confidently demonstrate the following:\nHold a minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance\nHigh degree of customer management skills\nKnowledge on Data networks such as Juniper.\nExperience in voice technology IP and analogue SFB.\nExperience with passive ICT copper and fibre.\nHighly skilled in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.\nExpert communication and presentation skills\nExcellent negotiation skills\nProven ability to manage conflicting demands\nExperience acting in a Program Manager capacity (desirable)\nBroad knowledge of commercial, technical & legal issues (desirable)\nConstruction industry exposure through project management (desirable)\nPlease note all candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold a minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance to be considered.
