engineering activities across the TNI transformation portfolio.\nDefine and govern release schedules, release readiness assessments, and production deployment activities.\nCoordinate end-to-end testing across business, architecture, engineering, DevOps, and operations teams.\nOversee quality assurance for large-scale Inventory platform migrations, transformations, and system modernisation initiatives.\nDrive test automation, performance testing, and continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as JMeter.\nManage release governance processes, including risk identification, dependency management, change control, and stakeholder approvals.\nValidate inventory and graph data migrations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reconciliation using Neo4j expertise.\nMonitor platform performance, stability, and operational health through observability and monitoring solutions such as New Relic.\nPartner with solution architects and engineering teams to review solution designs and ensure testability, scalability, and operational readiness.\nLead production readiness reviews and ensure successful implementation of releases into live environments.\nFacilitate defect triage, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and remediation activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nProvide leadership, mentoring, and direction to testing, release, and delivery teams across complex transformation programs.\nEngage regularly with business stakeholders to communicate delivery status, risks, quality metrics, and release outcomes.\nMaintain delivery documentation, governance artefacts, and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Copilot.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across testing, release management, quality assurance, and operational support processes.\nAbout You:\nAt least 5 years' experience as Senior Test and Release Manager\nDeep expertise in TNI, NNI, NDSD and OSS/BSS Inventory platforms and transformation initiatives\nLeadership of test strategy, quality engineering, release governance and production readiness for enterprise platforms\nProven delivery of large-scale data migration and transformation programs\nStrong Neo4j expertise, including graph data modelling, migration and validation\nHands-on JMeter performance engineering and CI/CD testing experience\nExpertise in New Relic monitoring, observability and operational support\nExperience in solution design, architecture reviews, APIs, microservices and platform optimisation\nStrong stakeholder management across business, architecture, engineering, DevOps and operations teams\nProficient in Microsoft Copilot, Jira and Confluence for delivery governance and productivity\nLeadership of complex cross-functional transformation programs, including risk, dependency and release
