The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce platform development, programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.\nWhat is the focus of the role?\nSalesforce Developer role is to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Social, Communities) and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture.\nAbout the role\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop scalable, robust, and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.\nImplement Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and other enterprise integration patterns.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, QA, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nCollaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.\nEnsure solutions are maintainable, follow development standards, and are properly documented.\nParticipate in reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development, security, and coding best practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security guidelines and features.\nProficient in Apex, SOQL, Flows, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, and other integration patterns.\nWorking knowledge of any CPQ platform.\nFamiliarity with automation test frameworks.\nExperience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II\nExperience with Salesforce application development, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).\nFamiliarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.\nExperience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.\nWe're amongst the top 2% of companies globally in the CDP Global Climate Change Index 2023, being awarded an 'A' rating.
