Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.\nWe are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for Mid Level IoT Solutions Engineer to contribute to the successful growth of Teltonika Telematics Chile Office.\nIn this role, you will:\nWork with various Teltonika Telematics manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485 and 1-Wire.\nPropose different ways to incorporate our devices for various use cases.\nBe responsible for arranging technical tasks for custom development projects and coordinating solution release to clients.\nTroubleshoot, provide assistance, and consult clients via a dedicated ticketing system or online meetings/chats if they are needed.\nCommunicate with global international corporations that provide car sharing, rental, fleet management solutions and various other companies from different vehicle telematics fields.\nCooperate with RnD, quality assurance and project management teams to ensure the maintenance of the projects and that solutions reach the clients on time.\nHave the opportunity to go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use-cases.\nGuide colleagues and customers by preparing wiki documentation or training.\nWhat we expect of you:\nTelecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering education or previous work experience in technical or engineering fields.\nPassion for providing help to others, caring, and willing to grow and enrich your technological know-how.\nGreat communication skills, are capable of fluently speaking and writing in English (proficiency in other languages will be considered as an advantage.)\nAnalytical and creative thinking and mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting.\nIdeally, you also have:\nUnderstanding or basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies (2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G), CANbus, BLE (this will be considered an advantage).\nKnowledge or work experience working with ticketing-based platforms (Jira, GitLab, OpenProject, ServiceDesk) (this will be considered an advantage).\nExperience in customer service (this will be considered an advantage).\nWhat we offer:\nGreat opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.\nInteresting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.\nA place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses.\nDynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.\nCare about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules\nWork type: Currently we are working remotely; hybrid arrangement trial period.\nTraining: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics\n Benefits: Health Insurance\n200.000 CLP meals/lunch voucher\n35 USD for internet/phone\nDay off on your Birthday\nGift payment as a birthday present ($25)\nAll legal local holidays\nSalary:\nWe appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise.
