You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.\nTeltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.\nIn this role, you will:\nAnswer calls from business clients to provide first-line support for technical questions related to Teltonika Networks products.\nCommunicate with customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, ticketing platforms, online meetings, forums, and other communication tools.\nAdvise customers and sales representatives on how to integrate and use our products, resolve technical issues, and assist with basic troubleshooting.\nEscalate more complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers, ensure clear and effective communication between the customer and internal teams.\nWhat we expect of you:\nExcellent communication skills, ability to engage clients effectively with empathy, patience, and active listening.\nGood spoken and written English skills.\nCustomer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.\nCommitment to ongoing learning and development, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge relevant to the role; willingness to quickly learn technical concepts related to networking equipment.\nStrong aptitude for problem-solving, leveraging analytical thinking and creativity to address challenges and optimize solutions.\nProficiency working with computers and common office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, web-based systems).\nGeneral understanding of how computer networks and internet devices operate (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN) would be considered an advantage.\nPassion for technology and innovation.
