You will help drive business growth in Taiwan by delivering advanced networking and IoT solutions to enterprise customers and channel partners\nTeltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.\nIn this role, you will:\n1) Business Development & Sales\nDevelop and execute BD strategy for Taiwan across EV charging, smart factory/semiconductor, smart building/energy, smart city.\nIdentify, develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers, SIs, OEMs.\nExpand and manage Taiwan distribution: broadline + specialist vertical distributors + domain-focused SIs (DFSI).\nBuild customer relationships, generate pipeline and lead commercial negotiations.\nLeverage strategic partnerships and government initiatives relevant to Taiwan.\nMaintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, give regular business reviews to regional leadership.\nDrive adoption of remote management platform and software applications through channel.\n2) Technical Application & Support\nServe as the primary technical advisor for customers/partners, design appropriate networking/IoT solutions.\nDesign end-to-end architectures and topologies including connectivity, security, remote management.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations and PoCs\nProvide post-sales support, troubleshooting and system integration guidance\nDeliver technical training, presentations and documentation in Mandarin and English\nCollaborate with R7D and product teams to resolve issues and provide market feedback.\nSupport new product launches and customer migration.\nWhat we expect of you:\nBachelor in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecom/IT/Networking or related.\nAt least 5+ years of combined BD/sales + application engineering in industrial networking/IoT/telecom.\nProven channel development and direct sales experience in Taiwan.\nSolid IP networking: TCP/IP, routing/switching, DHCP/DNS, VPN, VLAN, NAT/firewall, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular 4G/5G/LTE.\nFamiliarity with industrial protocols (M-Bus, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA), EV charging (OCPP), Linux, diagnostic tools and remote management platforms advantageous.\nExcellent communication/presentation, explain technical to technical and non-technical.\n· Fluency in both English and Mandarinis
