budgets, and forecasts\nAnalyze actual performance against plan and explain cost, revenue, and schedule variances\nPartner directly with program managers on program performance and financial decisions\nMonitor funding, spending, revenue, and financial risks\nPrepare program financial reviews and executive-level reporting\nSupport monthly and annual planning processes\nPerform financial modeling and ad hoc analysis\nSupport contract financial management across firm-fixed-price (FFP) and cost-type contracts\nImprove financial processes, reporting, and forecast accuracy\nExperience We’re Looking For\nGovernment contracting or aerospace and defense program finance\nEAC and ETC development, forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, and variance analysis\nProgram cost, revenue, funding, and risk analysis\nFinancial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel\nERP and financial reporting systems\nCross-functional partnership with Program Management, Finance, Operations, and leadership\nRelevant backgrounds may also include proposal pricing, DCAA/DCMA audit support, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), revenue recognition, and subcontract financial management.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated program finance or financial analysis experience\nExperience with forecasting, budgeting, EACs, and variance analysis\nStrong Excel and financial modeling skills\nAbility to communicate financial results to program and business leadership\nExperience working effectively across functions\nPermanent residency\nPreferred Qualifications\nAerospace, defense, or federal government contracting experience\nDeltek Costpoint or a comparable ERP\nAnalytics and reporting tools beyond Excel\nKnowledge of FAR and government cost-accounting requirements\nProposal pricing experience\nExperience supporting multiple contract types\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related
