You'll learn from experienced conversion leads, work hands-on with real client datasets, and build a foundation for a long-term career in pension and benefits administration.\n\nWhat's in it for you\n\nRemote flexibility: Work 100% remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel when it makes sense.\n\nMeaningful work: Contribute to conversions that support retirement and benefits programs for approximately nine million members across North America.\n\nStructured growth: Receive mentorship from senior conversion leads and hands-on training on TELUS Health's administration platform.\n\nSpecialized expertise: Build knowledge in pension and benefits administration, a stable and in-demand field.\n\nCompetitive total rewards: Customize your benefits package to fit your life, backed by competitive compensation.\n\nWhat you'll do\nData Conversion\n\nAnalyze and validate legacy client data against conversion specifications and business rules.\n\nSupport data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation, and document your findings clearly.\n\nRun queries and checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors before they affect production.\n\nSupport testing cycles by documenting results and logging issues for resolution.\n\nClient and Team Collaboration\n\nPrepare materials and capture notes and action items for client data workshops and meetings.\n\nHelp explain TELUS Health's data structures and business rules to client teams in clear, practical terms.\n\nShare progress updates and data issues with project managers and senior team members.\n\nWork with Data Managers and subject matter experts to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute ideas to make conversion checklists, documentation, and processes clearer and more efficient.\n\nWhat you bring\nMust-haves\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience: 1 to 3 years in data analysis, data conversion, data migration, or a related field.\n\nWork authorization: Authorized to work in the United States. Available for occasional travel within the U.S.\n\nSQL: Working knowledge of SQL to query, analyze, and validate data.\n\nMicrosoft Excel: Comfortable using formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.\n\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nNice-to-haves\n\nExperience with pension, benefits, or group insurance administration.\n\nExposure to T-SQL or other relational databases.\n\nExperience documenting requirements, test cases, or data mapping specifications.\n\nInterest in data quality and process improvement.\n\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $80,000\nActual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
