You will oversee project timelines and work with subject matter experts to create engaging digital courses for clients. advanced instructional strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing complex innovative e-learning module courses, integrating new technologies, conducting needs assessments, applying learning theories, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs' digital content to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and desired outcomes.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and evaluate the stakeholders’ needs and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes, and indicators of success by performing a Training Needs Analysis process (TNA)\n\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create, implement, and evaluate successful enablement initiatives.\n\nDesign, develop, and deliver innovative enablement content in a variety of formats and modalities.\n\nUtilize a variety of quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs\n\nProvide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project\n\nLead and facilitate comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT/T3) sessions for all requisite learning initiatives, ensuring that attendees are thoroughly prepared and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver educational content.\n\nBuild and deploy digital learning interactions that guide clients through their onboarding journey and promote ongoing utilization of our software.\n\nManage the creation, organization, and administration of just-in-time enablement content delivered via digital adoption and learning management systems.\n\nCommunication/stakeholder relations\nSkilled at navigating team dynamics while also capable of independent/self-driven work.\n\nAbility to present during meetings and flex the communication style based on current needs (stakeholder, project, team, business, etc).\n\nAbility to communicate daily and negotiate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on agreed-upon timelines.\n\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to develop job aids, document business rules, etc.\n\nCreate and/or implement methodologies to standardize work\n\nAttend weekly calls to provide updates and check projects' progress with the Stakeholders\n\nPlanning and time management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and exceed quality expectations from Stakeholders\n\nMaintain confidentiality and build effective relationships with other internal departments within TELUS and TI as a whole\n\nSkills & Knowledge :\nEnglish - B2 - Required\nOral and written comprehension\n\nAppropriate use of language\n\nExperience with conducting Needs analysis and impact assessment (TNA) -Required\n\nPrior experience in creating Micro learning materials - Required\n\nProficiency in content authoring tools (MSO, ACC, Articulate 360 (Rise 360 mainly, Storyline 360 - voice over, triggers, branching) - Required\n\nProficient in editing and producing high-quality video and audio content for training purposes.
