You will partner with client leadership teams to align technology investments with institutional goals while driving best practices across data architecture, integration strategy, governance, security, and user experience.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep Education Cloud expertise with strong consulting, leadership, and communication skills and has a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end solution architecture for Education Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nServe as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, including executive leadership, business sponsors, and technology teams.\n\nFacilitate discovery workshops to understand institutional objectives, business processes, operational challenges, and future-state requirements.\n\nDevelop scalable solution designs, architecture diagrams, data models, and implementation roadmaps aligned with Salesforce and industry best practices.\n\nArchitect Education Cloud solutions spanning Recruitment and Admissions, Student Success, Advising, Academic Operations, Advancement, Alumni Relations, and Constituent Engagement.\n\nDefine enterprise data architecture, governance frameworks, security models, and integration strategies across Salesforce and external systems.\n\nLead data migration strategy and planning efforts, ensuring successful transition from legacy student information systems and related platforms.\n\nProvide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews, configuration guidance, testing strategy, deployment planning, and post-production optimization.\n\nCollaborate with technical architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure solution alignment and delivery excellence.\n\nDrive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and other Education Cloud components.\n\nContribute to pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.\n\nMentor consultants and solution engineers while promoting architectural standards, delivery methodologies, and best practices across the Salesforce Practice.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education Technology, or related field.\n\n7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.\n\n3+ years serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, or equivalent leadership role.\n\nDeep expertise in Education Cloud and higher education business processes.\n\nStrong understanding of Education Cloud data architecture, including person accounts, relationships, affiliations, academic structures, and student lifecycle management.\n\nExperience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions involving multiple clouds, integrations, and complex data migrations.\n\nProven experience developing enterprise data models, security architectures, and integration frameworks.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative architecture, Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and related technologies.\n\nExceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and strategic roadmaps.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Education Cloud Consultant Certification.\n\nSalesforce Application Architect Certification.\n\nSalesforce System Architect Certification.\n\nSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.\n\nExperience with Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP platforms, and higher education technology ecosystems.\n\nExperience leading enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.\n\nExperience supporting pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and executive presentations.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale program execution.\n\nLeadership Competencies\nStrategic Leadership -
