We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Specialist (P3) to join our Client Success & Retention Team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our analytics strategy, leveraging cutting-edge tools to transform data into actionable intelligence, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable ROI for our global clients. If you are a problem-solver who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we invite you to help us elevate our analytics capabilities to new heights!\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through the use of data analytics\n\nCollect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop actionable business insights and recommendations\n\nDesign and analyze experiments and statistical tests to uncover drivers of performance and label patterns\n\nBuild dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring systems in Looker, PowerBI, SiSense, or other similar BI tools.\n\nIdentify and highlight potential biases or preferences in labeling data (e.g., topic-specific or cultural/linguistic bias)\n\nCollaborate with program managers to translate findings into operational and client-facing insights\n\nConduct applied analytics using Python, SQL, Big-Query, and statistical modeling, with opportunities to apply predictive modeling, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and bias detection algorithms\n\nManage and explore datasets ranging from structured datasets to larger-scale rater outputs (scaling to millions of rows as needed).\n\nDrive process improvements and automation, surfacing insights that reduce variability, improve efficiency, and strengthen program resilience.\n\nEvaluate and improve existing business intelligence models to create best-in-class solutions\n\nSkills:\nStrong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.\n\nApplied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design (e.g., sampling, confidence intervals, agreement metrics).\n\nExperience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.\n\nFamiliarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.\n\nExperience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud data environments preferred.\n\nExcellent ability to communicate insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nComfortable supporting client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent experience..\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAt TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
