It's work that directly impacts millions of people accessing the benefits and retirement security they've earned.\nHere's the impact you'll make\nWe're looking for an Analyst, Data Management who loves working with data and wants to make a real difference in how our clients operate.\nYou'll be the person who keeps our data clean, our reports accurate, and our operations running smoothly. You'll work with teams across Health & Welfare plan administration and implementation, turning complex data into insights that help us serve our clients better. When a client needs a custom report or we're implementing a new system, you'll be right there-ensuring the technical foundation is solid and the data is trustworthy.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and Automate Reports\nCreate automated reports using Microsoft SQL tools that save our team hours of manual work\n\nDevelop self-service reports in SSRS so clients can get the answers they need, when they need them\n\nUse SSIS to schedule and automate recurring reports without breaking a sweat\n\nDrive Process Improvements\nPartner with business teams to understand what data they need and why\n\nSpot opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how we operate\n\nTake ownership of making things faster, smarter, and more efficient\n\nSupport Implementations & System Conversions\nBe the tech expert during client implementations-explain how systems work, adapt parameters, and solve problems in real time\n\nTest data exchange processes and ensure everything integrates smoothly\n\nMaintain database quality and integrity so nothing falls through the cracks\n\nDocument and Communicate\nWrite clear technical and user documentation that actually makes sense\n\nRespond to requests from our admin team, clients, and internal partners\n\nTranslate \"tech speak\" into plain language so everyone understands\n\nWhat you bring\nEssential\nDiploma in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role\n\n2-3 years working with data management, ticketing systems, or analytics\n\nDue to U.S. government contract requirements, candidates for this role must be U.S. citizens, reside in the United States, and be able to obtain and maintain required U.S. government access credentials, including DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
