Our mission is to create a world where people can live their best financial lives.\nVALUES\nCare about transforming the Banking landscape.\nCommit to being part of an exciting culture and product evolving within the financial industry.\nCollaborate effectively and proactively with teams within or outside Temenos.\nChallenge yourself to be ambitious and achieve your individual as well as the company targets.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nYou will:\nSupport the day-to-day operational management of the Temenos Partner Ecosystem.\nCoordinate the operational aspects of partner onboarding, renewals, amendments, and offboarding activities.\nMaintain accurate partner records, documentation, and related information across internal systems.\nTrack partner activities, milestones, actions, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up.\nCollaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to facilitate partner processes.\nPrepare pipeline, KPI, revenue, and operational performance reporting and updates for leadership.\nSupport audit, compliance, and governance activities, including documentation management and remediation tracking.\nSupport business reviews, partner meetings, enablement activities, and strategic alliance programs.\nMaintain and update operational procedures, workflows, training materials, and knowledge repositories.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operational processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and data quality across the partner ecosystem\nUse operational data and insights to identify trends, resolve issues, and enhance the overall partner experience.\nSKILLS\nYou should have:\nPrevious experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information, systems, and processes.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced Excel/spreadsheet skills and confidence working with business data and reporting.\nExperience working with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or similar business systems.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a global, cross-functional team.\nProfessional level written and spoken English.\nIt would be an advantage if you have:\nExperience within technology, SaaS, fintech, banking, consulting, or B2B environment.\nExperience supporting a partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem organization.\nExperience with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics tools.\nExposure to audit, compliance, governance, or finance-related processes.\nExperience supporting large hyperscalers or other strategic partner programs.\nExperience with process improvement, workflow automation, or AI-enabled operational tools.\nSOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:\nMaternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month\n\nCivil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
