In this role, you will help define what agentic enterprise software means for our customers and turn that vision into products that create measurable business value.\nYou will own the product area from market opportunity to customer adoption: identifying high-value use cases, shaping product strategy, working with Design and Engineering to build AI-powered workflows, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring them successfully to market.\nWhat you will do\nYou will join a small but mighty team of two product managers in Copenhagen, and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.\nDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your part of the product.\n\nOwn product outcomes, including adoption, engagement, customer value, and commercial impact.\n\nIdentify market opportunities through customer discovery, competitive analysis, product data, and GTM feedback.\n\nWork closely with Designers and Engineering to prototype, validate, and ship AI-powered workflows and agentic product experiences.\n\nTranslate customer problems into clear requirements, success metrics, and product priorities.\n\nPartner with Marketing on positioning, messaging, launch narratives, and customer-facing materials.\n\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success on enablement, demos, pilots, adoption blockers, and feedback loops.\n\nCreate product briefs, internal knowledge bases, release materials, and launch documentation.\n\nAct as the domain expert and spokesperson for your product area internally and externally.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience in product management within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI-powered products, workflow automation, productivity tools, or related technology environments.\n\nUnderstanding of agentic applications, AI-assisted workflows, automation, integrations, and the factors that drive successful enterprise adoption.\n\nAbility to translate market insights into product strategy and guide products through execution, launch, and customer adoption.\n\nExperience partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to deliver business and customer value.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nUnderstanding of user experience principles, technical feasibility, agile product development, and product discovery practices.\n\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively in evolving product environments.\n\nA growth mindset and willingness to learn.\n\nNice to have\nExperience building AI-native products, copilots, agents, or automation platforms.\n\nExperience with enterprise governance, permissions, security, or compliance.\n\nExperience running beta programs, design partnerships, or early customer adoption programs.\n\nEmployee Benefits\nEmployee equity program\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\nCompany lunch contribution\n\nPhone and broadband covered by company\n\nCentrally located office - easy access to public transportation\n\nCompany events and team activities\n\nFlexible work environment\n\nGympass Subscription\n\nCalm App Subscription\n\nAt Templafy, we’re all about building an inclusive culture where talented people come together to spark creativity in a dynamic, collaborative space.
