This isn't a traditional PM role. You'll use AI tools daily to manage context across clients, generate documentation, surface risks, and move faster than would be possible manually. You are the bridge between clients and our team, responsible for shipping work on time, on spec, and at a quality level that keeps clients retained.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage delivery across approximately 20 concurrent accounts, maintaining a 5 to 10 feature per week cadence per client\n\nOwn capacity planning and resource allocation across a shared team of designers and developers. Real resource math, not just task lists\n\nBuild trust through specific, proactive client communication that demonstrates command of their product and priorities\n\nUse AI tools (Claude, Fireflies, internal Tempo tooling) as core parts of your workflow to manage context, draft documentation, synthesize meetings, and flag risks at scale\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, manage handoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned at every stage\n\nOversee QA and feedback loops to ensure quality standards before release\n\nIdentify where AI can replace manual process and propose those improvements\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree in business or related field. Minor or dual degree in engineering/computer science or related field preferred\n\nNew grad or up to 2 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or client-facing product roles\n\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and clients simultaneously\n\nStrong organizational skills and capacity planning mindset\n\nPeople management instincts for navigating difficult conversations with clients and team members\n\nActive user of AI tools in your daily workflow.
