Alongside core close work, you'll get hands-on exposure to technical accounting and financial reporting, and help optimize Rillet, our AI-native ERP. You'll report to the Senior Accounting Manager and partner closely with the broader Finance team and teams across the company.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong public accounting foundation and is excited to help scale the finance function at a fast-growing company building the reliable infrastructure behind today's leading AI applications.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn key areas of the month-end close, such as stock-based compensation, leases, and investments, including journal entries and supporting schedules.\nLead revenue accounting work, including customer contract reviews, oversight of automated revenue schedules and journal entries, and deferred revenue reconciliations.\nPrepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.\nSupport preparation of our year-end financial statements and footnote disclosures.\nPrepare audit schedules and support the annual audit.\nHelp optimize Rillet and design automated, AI-assisted close workflows.\nDocument processes and strengthen internal controls.\nPartner with FP&A, Billing, People, AP, and other teams on accounting questions and analysis.\nWhat You'll Bring\n3+ years of accounting experience\nPublic accounting audit experience (Big 4 preferred) or equivalent experience at a high-growth tech company\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field\nCPA strongly preferred\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills\nCuriosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to work more efficiently, such as drafting reconciliations, analyzing variances, or automating repetitive tasks\nClear communicator who takes ownership, improves processes, and is comfortable in a fast-changing environment\nNice to Have\nExposure to SOX and internal controls in a public or public-company-ready environment\nExperience with Rillet, NetSuite, or another modern ERP\nSaaS or usage-based revenue experience\nExperience designing or implementing AI-assisted or automated accounting workflows\nTemporal Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
