You own the design & development lifecycle.\nYou do not need years of crypto experience, a specific degree, or any formal credentials for this role.\nHow we work\nTemporal is a small, nimble, and deeply technical team. Engineers are given maximum latitude, work under minimal process, and are expected to take ownership of critical production systems.\nLocation & Compensation\nLocation: New York City strongly preferred. We will consider fully remote candidates who are exceptional fits.\nBase salary range: $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and level.\nIn addition to base salary, all roles may be eligible for equity and performance-based upside. Base is only part of total compensation here, and compensation scales quickly with demonstrated impact.
