Desde Temporing seleccionamos un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a para una importante empresa del sector del Plástico ubicada en Biar.

Funciones

  • Realizar llamadas comerciales a clientes y proveedores.

  • Realizar tareas administrativas y de apoyo a la gestión de la empresa.

  • Gestionar ventas y realizar seguimiento de clientes.

  • Tramitar y realizar seguimiento de pedidos.

  • Gestionar la agenda y mantener actualizada la información de clientes.

  • Revisar y gestionar documentación y certificados de calidad y seguridad alimentaria (IFS).

  • Utilizar Excel y herramientas de inteligencia artificial para la gestión diaria.

  • Apoyar en tareas de contabilidad y facturación.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica en Grado Medio o Superior en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) y/o carreras afines.

  • Nivel alto de inglés.

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en administración, valorándose conocimientos de contabilidad y facturación.

  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas de gestión.

  • Persona organizada, metódica y responsable, con atención al detalle.

  • Vehículo propio.

  • Incorporación inmediata.

Se ofrece:

  • Contrato renovable con posibilidad de paso a Plantilla.

  • Salario 19.089,90 euros brutos anuales.

  • Horario de L-V de 08:30h-14:00h y de 15:30h-19:00h
