You will work across business, technology, delivery, and commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities, define the product direction, and bring AI solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.\nYou will play a key role in connecting client needs with emerging AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled products and services.\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities where AI can improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, or service delivery.\nTranslate business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements, AI use cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.\nDevelop business cases and quantify the expected value and impact of proposed AI initiatives.\nWork closely with AI engineering, solution architecture, delivery, sales, and business teams to take solutions from ideation through development, deployment, and adoption.\nEngage senior stakeholders and clients to understand priorities, align expectations, and drive product adoption.\nDefine and monitor product success metrics, including productivity improvement, cost savings, turnaround time, service quality, adoption, and business impact.\nSupport the development of commercial models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions.\nStay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology to identify opportunities for new products and capabilities. \nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services, with responsibility for driving technology-enabled initiatives.\nStrong experience developing business cases, product or transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.\nExperience working with engineering and delivery teams to bring AI, data, automation, or digital products from concept through production and adoption.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders and client stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows.\nFamiliarity with product commercialization, pricing, service catalogue development, or go-to-market activities.\nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
