You will partner with key stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements, assess the viability and effectiveness of potential solution options, and facilitate effective communication between business and technology teams.\nResponsibilities:\nAdopt a structured and systematic approach to analysing business processes and solving problems.\nAssist the BA leads in the planning of business analysis approach by defining the methods, techniques and tools to be used for business analysis.\nPrepare governance deliverables to track status, risks, changes and issues pertaining to day-to-day management of all functional areas of system/data product analysis.\nContribute to the preparation of the stakeholder communication plan.\nExperience in requirement lifecycle, working with multiple interfaces to other systems and carry out testing and transitioning multiple interfaces to Implementation.\nContribute to the formulation of solution recommendation.\nEvaluate the ability of an existing system/data products to support proposed changes.\nJob Requirements:\nAt least 5 - 6 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.\nProficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users.\nExcellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely.\nSelf-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently.\nHave good communication and writing skills.\nBe able and willing to understand new technologies quickly.\nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
