We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in managing small projects or specific modules within larger projects.\nWork with a 3–4 member technical team to implement solutions using Newgen products like NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, and Record Management System.\nParticipate in peer code reviews, POCs, and application integrations.\nContribute to the technical delivery of software solutions with guidance from senior team members.\nAttend internal meetings and provide regular project updates to senior leads and stakeholders.\nFollow company processes and ensure adherence to technical and quality standards.\nWork on both fixed-price and time & material projects across various business domains.\nCollaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and support issue resolution.\nPrepare and review technical documents like design specs, system architecture, and test cases.\nShare weekly status updates and contribute to project reporting.\nRequirements:\nMore than 3 years of experience in software development using Java technologies.\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Newgen platforms (e.g., NewgenONE, iBPS, Omnidocs, RMS).\nStrong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, SQL/Oracle, JavaScript, JQuery, and related technologies.\nFamiliar with tools like Eclipse, GitHub, Soap UI, Postman, Jira, SVN.\nUnderstanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web application security, and application performance basics.\nExposure to third-party integrations such as Corpass, SingPass, or Core Banking systems is a plus.\nExperience working with application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss is desirable.\nAwareness of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Sonar, CI/CD pipelines is a bonus.\nComfortable participating in different software lifecycle phases – design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
