This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.\nSupport the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.\nEstablish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.\nRequirements / Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or related project management/ delivery role.\nDemonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments\nComfortable with hands-on PMO activities, including extensive project tracking, governance, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.\nDemonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.\nWillingness to support weekend system go-live activities and work occasional extended hours during BAU when required.\nGood communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.\nProven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.\nAbility to think strategically and report effectively.\nActive listening skills with good written and verbal communication skills.\nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
