You will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and remain hands-on in development while working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.\nJob Responsibilities: \nLead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications \nExpected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption \nInvestigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes \nBe able to manage customers, hold solution discussions and communicate effectively \nUnderstand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software) \nJob Requirements: \nMinimum 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in technical lead role \nProficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL \nProficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS \nExperience in OutSystems Platform will be a strong advantage \nWilling to pick up new technologies quickly and independently \nGood team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills \nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
