The role oversees the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of sandbox environments, while developing and managing technology enablers, self-service capabilities, and shared services that accelerate innovation across the organisation.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nA. Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations\nDesign, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments that support rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies\nDevelop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, and evaluation mechanisms\nManage sandbox operations, user onboarding, access controls, compliance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting\nMonitor and track sandbox utilisation, and proactively engage project teams to investigate anomalies, optimise resource consumption, and address operational issues\nContinuously enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and innovation needs\nEnsure platforms comply with cybersecurity, governance, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements\nReview and validate sandbox resource consumption and billing records, investigate discrepancies, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate chargeback\nSupport administrative, operational, reporting, and governance activities required for the effective management of innovation sandbox platforms and programmes\nB. Innovation Enablement & Capability Building\nBuild reusable innovation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and reference architectures to support scalable and repeatable innovation\nDevelop new enablers, self-service platforms, development toolkits, APIs, cloud environments, and shared services that accelerate experimentation and solution development\nDevelop application-level solutions using TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript to build and extend self-service tools, APIs, and platform capabilities\nProvide technical advisory and enablement support to help innovators navigate platform capabilities, governance requirements, and adoption pathways\nRequirements / Qualifications\nAt least 5-6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nHands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including provisioning, configuration, and day-to-day administration of cloud environments\nProfessional certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google) or IT service management are an advantage\nApplication-level coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript, with the ability to develop and maintain working solutions (not just scripting)\nExperience in software development with knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, system integration, and software testing\nFamiliarity with virtualisation technologies, containers, and DevOps practices\nUnderstanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nDemonstrated resilience and adaptability in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environments\nContinuous improvement mindset\nAttention to detail and compliance\nProactive, self-driven, and team-oriented\nTemus is an equal opportunities employer.
