Check out what we have in store for you.\nRequirements\nThis position may notbe right for you if you:\nCome from different academic backgrounds than data science, mathematics, computer science, economic analysis, or econometrics;\n\nLack a solid foundation in statistics;\n\nHave no experience with SQL or databases;\n\nAre not comfortable analyzing large datasets;\n\nAre not interested in games;\n\nAre not available full-time.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\nWe work as “full-stack” analysts. You will be responsible for the entire data journey - from gathering requirements and designing ELT workflows to delivering final visualizations;\n\nYou will play an active role in shaping the future of the game title by proactively sharing insights with the game team, suggesting process improvements, and shaping analytics practices;\n\nYou will work closely with our data engineers to design, build, and maintain game data pipelines, aligning them with specific reporting and analytics requirements;\n\nMore specifically, in this role, you will learn how to:\nunderstand product and data-related needs, and effectively collect requirements, then plan the end-to-end process;\n\nlearn how to develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and support others in using them effectively;\n\nset KPIs and implement A/B tests to optimize player income throughout the game lifecycle;\n\nuse Python to conduct exploratory and statistical analyses and tackle product problems such as matchmaking, player segmentation, and more.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nAcademic background in a quantitative field such as data science, mathematics, computer science, economic analytics, econometrics, or a related field;\n\nHands-on experience through university projects, internships, or first commercial experience;\n\nKnowledge of SQL (we use Postgres and Vertica);\n\nWorking knowledge of Python, including analytical libraries;\n\nBasic statistical knowledge;\n\nAvailability for full-time work;\n\nA data-driven critical thinker with analytical experience;\n\nProactive and results-driven;\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets;\n\nPassion for games;\n\nFluent in English and Polish.\n\nAmaze us with:\nOlympiad achievements (e.g., in
