We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!\nYour Role:\nDesign and develop complex, scalable, and high-performance features and systems within your team, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to help shape technical approaches and project plans for your team’s roadmap.\nProvide technical input and recommendations to ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and long-term maintainability, escalating cross-team architectural questions to staff/principal engineers as needed.\nDiagnose and resolve complex production issues within your team’s systems, driving root cause analysis and fixes, and escalating the most critical, cross-system issues appropriately.\nMentor engineers through code review, pairing, and day-to-day guidance, helping raise the quality bar within the team.\nReview team members’ code with a focus on improving design and implementation quality.\nYour Opportunity:\nDevelop and maintain key components and features, integrating new functionality and helping maintain the reliability and scalability of core infrastructure.\nContribute to the evolution of software applications, database integration, interfaces, and system enhancements to meet business needs.\nSupport automation, testing, and continuous deployment processes to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of new features.\nOwn well-scoped projects from design through delivery, contributing ideas to design decisions and technical direction within your team.\nWhat You'll Need:\nBSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution, or an exceptional track record in server-side development with advanced technical expertise.\n5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver reliably within a team.\nDeep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Go, Python, with an ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.\nSolid experience building scalable systems, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development.\nExperience designing and deploying services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong technical skills, with experience reviewing code, mentoring less experienced engineers day-to-day, and contributing to technical decisions within the team.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliably under tight deadlines.\nIf you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it!
