Key qualities for the team include analytical capability, independence, and adaptability to new technologies - prior travel or aviation domain experience is not required.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Java-based applications using Java 8+ and J2EE technologies.\nDesign and implement software solutions following sound architecture and design principles.\nDevelop and maintain integrations and services using REST and SOAP.\nWork with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.\nDevelop and maintain automated tests following TDD practices, using JUnit 4+ and Mockito.\nDiagnose system issues, perform thorough root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.\nDevelop utilities and tools to automate data and result processing and analysis.\nMonitor and improve code quality and contribute to maintaining development standards and metrics.\nWork with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git, including branching and merging practices.\nCollaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical leaders to solve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.\nSupport the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.\nWork independently on assigned tasks and take ownership of delivering solutions.\nContinuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices.\nWork with cloud technologies, with AWS being preferred.\nJob requirements:\nStrong professional experience with Java 8+ / Core Java / J2EE.\nGood understanding of software architecture and design principles.\nStrong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills.\nExperience with Spring Framework 5.\nExperience with Hibernate / ORM frameworks.\nHands-on experience with Apache Camel and Tomcat.\nExperience working with RESTful and SOAP-based services.\nGood knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, branching, and merging in a team environment.\nPractical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), JUnit 4+, and Mockito.\nExperience with system diagnostics, debugging, profiling, and root cause analysis.\nKnowledge of logging frameworks and experience troubleshooting application issues through logs.\nUnderstanding of code quality and software metrics.\nExperience working with AWS is a plus.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work effectively with technical leaders, architects, and developers.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.\nMust possess a legal work permit in Poland\nBenefits:\nGeneral benefits -
