They're building a modern, high-performance solution that integrates rich travel content, smart automation, services, and third-party systems. Your focus will be delivering test automation solution for MCP Application + preparing test cases. You will have access to GenAI toolset in order to achieve high performance and shorten the delivery time.\nResponsibilities:\nAutomate & Validate: Build robust testing frameworks to ensure the high quality of our modern software (MCP native apps on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai).\nPrepare benchmark for AI functions integrated into our applications\nMaintain tests inventory\nAssess applications portfolio from security perspective\nUse the latest AI models (specifically the Gemini family) to develop advanced testing strategies and automatically generate test cases for MCP endpoints and chat channel UI widgets.\nInvestigate, diagnose, and solve real quality and integration problems in both development and production environments.\nCollaborate: Work hand-in-hand with core developers to understand product nuances, identify edge cases, and deliver comprehensive quality solutions.\nDocument & Demo: Contribute to test documentation, share testing methodologies internally, and demo testing workflows to the Product Owner during weekly sessions.\nJob requirements:\n6+ years of professional software engineering and/or test automation experience.\nSolid experience with Java, Python, React, Typescript, CSS.\nExperience in AI-driven testing, automated test generation, and modern QA methodologies.\nExperience in building benchmarks for LLM based systems\nKnowledge of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI models (Vertex AI, Gemini models).\nExperience operating within GCP (Google Cloud Platform).\nStrong English communication skills for global collaboration.\nSharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nA team-oriented mindset with a continuous willingness to learn.\nB.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field. \nNice to Have:\nStrong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and LLM architectures.\nExperience with standard testing frameworks & tools (JUnit, bruno etc.) layered with AI tools.\nMust possess a legal work permit in Poland\nBenefits:\nGeneral benefits -
