That will help the selected candidate to work on high-performing products as well expose opportunity to other products and enable the candidate to grow in their career.\nKey Functional Areas:\nSystem Integration: Facilitating robust and efficient communication between internal microservices and proprietary components.\nBooking & Ticketing Lifecycle: Supporting core transactional flows, including ticket reservations, refunds, and exchanges.\nSearch & Optimization: Powering backend algorithms designed to find and generate the most optimal flight connections.\nFinancial Calculations: Handling complex pricing engines, fare structures, and diverse cost-assessment calculations.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild and support RESTful APIs and gRPC services.\nDevelop solutions deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes.\nCollaborate with QA, SRE, and Product teams.\nParticipate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support.\nProvide support during release cycles, including smoke testing, manual validation.\nTroubleshoot issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.\nConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and participate in an on-call rotation.\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.\nExperience building microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC services.\nHands-on experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nKnowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Stackdriver/Cloud Monitoring.\nBasic scripting skills in Python or Bash.\nExperience with WireMock and performance testing.\nMust possess a legal work permit in Poland\nBenefits:\nGeneral benefits -
