Weekend work may be required depending on workload and business needs.\nWillingness to provide occasional after-hours support, emergency response, and on-call coverage as operational needs require, including the ability to work both day and night shifts.\nPURPOSE: Develops and supervises the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plan. Ensures systematic failure, problem, and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities. Supports the Engineering area in the research and assessment of the best equipment available and the startup of new pieces of equipment.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITES\nOptimizes reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining the maintenance strategy for each system, developing, and supervising the execution of the Preventive maintenance plan, ensuring systematic failure, problem, and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities, providing technical support to emergency crews and staff areas. \nPerforms and oversees inspections in his/her area of responsibility. \nGuarantees technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock. \nSupports the Engineering area in the research and assessment of the best equipment available and the startup of new pieces of equipment. In addition, support other areas in the definitions related to his/her area of responsibility \nDraws up the maintenance cost budget and keep costs within agreed limits. \nEnsures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices. \nTo comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections, and participate in the investigation process. \nImplement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment. \nParticipates in the development of maintenance information systems and supports actions as required. Analyzes and uses the information provided to support the decision-making process. \nParticipates in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy. \nAnalyzes, interprets, and recommends courses of action for more complex topics. \nInteracts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy. \nComplies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. \nProactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manage HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protect from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. \nQualifications & Experience Required:\nHands-on experience with automation and control systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting is required.\nExperience troubleshooting electrical instrumentation, controls, and industrial electrical systems is required.\nExperience programming and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) is required.\nWorking knowledge of HMI systems, industrial networks, and automation technologies is required.\nExperience supporting electrical design and implementation of automation improvement projects is required.\nAbility to troubleshoot safety control systems, including banner safety systems is required.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills is required.\nAbility to work effectively with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, contractors, and cross-functional teams is required.\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Automation Engineering related discipline preferred.\nWorking Conditions:\nCombination of office and shop floor presence within an active industrial environment.\nRegular interaction with operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and leadership teams.\nMust be able to work in industrial environments requiring PPE and exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving equipment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to walk throughout industrial facilities and access elevated work areas.\nAbility to wear required PPE including
