The role is responsible for supporting product release activities, coordinating inspections, and verifying the effective implementation of quality control processes throughout the production line.\nMain Responsibilities\nProvide on-site quality support to production operations, ensuring products meet quality and customer requirements prior to release.\nPrepare products, materials, and quality documentation for customer and third-party inspections.\nImplement, monitor, and verify Quality Control Plans (QCPs) in accordance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and internal procedures.\nEnsure production activities comply with quality requirements defined during customer pre-inspection meetings.\nPerform inspections and review quality records to verify product conformity and traceability.\nSupport the investigation and resolution of quality deviations and non-conformities.\nWork closely with Production, Operations, and Quality teams to maintain product quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nInterface with customers, inspectors, and third-party representatives during inspection and release activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nExperience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Quality within an industrial environment.\nExperience in steel manufacturing is strongly preferred.\nExperience in pipe manufacturing (seamless or welded pipes) is considered a significant advantage.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, quality control systems, and applicable industry standards.\nAbility to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and quality documentation.\nProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nWe are seeking a hands-on quality professional with a strong manufacturing mindset and experience in industrial production environments. Candidates from steel, pipe, metals, heavy industry, or related manufacturing sectors are encouraged to apply.
