throughout the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nLiaise closely with Corporate HSE teams to ensure the effective implementation of HSE management systems and standards.\nMonitor and control the identification, assessment, and mitigation of hazards, risks, and environmental aspects.\nCoordinate the annual HSE action plan and support internal and external HSE audit programs.\nEnsure all global and site HSE procedures are properly implemented, maintained, and updated.\nPrepare periodic HSE reports, including performance statistics, trend analysis, and corrective action plans.\nIdentify applicable legal and regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.\nDevelop and monitor HSE training programs to enhance employee competence and awareness.\nSupport clients, contractors, and other stakeholders by addressing HSE requirements and implementing necessary improvements.\nCoordinate HSE communication and awareness campaigns to strengthen a proactive safety culture.\nEnsure full compliance with company policies, procedures, management standards, and applicable regulations.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in HSE management within manufacturing, industrial, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industry environments.\nStrong knowledge of HSE Management Systems, risk assessment, incident investigation, environmental management, and applicable Indonesian HSE regulations.\nExperience in leading HSE audits, compliance programs, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProven ability to analyze HSE performance metrics, identify trends, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nStrong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.\nAbility to work effectively with corporate teams, site management, employees, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.\nDemonstrated problem-solving, project management, and organizational capabilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nWorking Location & Mobility\nPrimary work location will be Cilegon, Banten.\nWill be required to travel occasionally to Batam to support operational and HSE activities.\nMay be required to travel to Australia for audits, projects, training, benchmarking, or business support activities as needed.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally based on business requirements is essential.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certification in HSE (e.g., AK3 Umum, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, NEBOSH,
