You will identify and promote best practices, monitor key maintenance indicators, and ensure their effective implementation. The role includes analyzing and resolving routine and complex issues across mills as needed, as well as supporting sound investment decisions by contributing to the investment evaluation process.\nResponsibilities:\nManages the cataloguing, updating and sharing of technical maintenance documentation (technical specifications, procedures and operational processes).\nSets procedures and standards by identifying best practices and defining maintenance key variables and technical standards, ensuring their correct sharing and implementation.\nImproves assets availability, reliability, and cost by supporting/leading the process of specification, procurement and installation of new assets or upgrades/modifications with Engineering department and the definition of the life cycle for the asset. Gathers and analyzes equipment data and history records to identify improvement opportunities, acting as a formal referent for the specific technology/process.
