environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk. \nEnsure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations. \nCarry out duties in an efficient manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs. \nPerform activities according to applicable procedures.\nComplete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy and product traceability. \nEnsure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning. \nAttend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge. \nProactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities.\nMaintain a clean and ordered workplace.\nPerform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.\nAbide by Tenaris discipline norms. \nMain Activities\nInspects, diagnoses and performs mechanic and hydraulic repairs and replacements autonomously.\nFollows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.\nMakes failure analysis, establishing the problems' root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.\nPerforms mechanic and hydraulic activities such as equipment alignments, valves settings and maintenance or 5 senses' inspections.\nDisassembles and assembles mechanical components.\nExecutes maintenance plans.\nInterprets technical drawing.\nCarries out equipment oiling and centralized lubrication control.\nOperates welding equipment under supervision.\nExecutes machine lock outs and tag outs.\nVerifies the correct functioning of tools, instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.\nCarries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.\nUpdates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.\nMinimum Qualification for the Job\nHealth, Safety and Environment.\nQuality System. \nOperation On The Job Training. \nProduct Inspection when
