Your role will encompass hands-on technical support, team leadership, and the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance actions to uphold equipment reliability and availability.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices.\nComplies with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections, and participate in the investigation process.\nResponsible for performance management of direct reports by consistently applying the CBA and annual performance reviews.\nTroubleshoots and minimizes the impact of failures on production processes by ensuring the correct diagnosis of the failure and the execution of the necessary interventions on equipment to maintain its availability and reliability.\nMaintain a visible presence in the mill to foster employee engagement, communication and assess work process effectiveness within the team.\nOn production floor technical hands-on support expected to be 70% or more.\nImplements the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.\nActs as a \"shift leader\" being responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities and ensure work safety conditions.\nVerifies technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock.\nManages and updates the maintenance information system and technical documentation, keeping record of the information related to their area.\nSupport Base Maintenance Supervisors in the execution of preventive tasks during the normal course of production and/or scheduled interventions.\nSupport Base Maintenance Supervisors in the execution of failure analyses.\nAnalyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.\nInteracts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.\nComplies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.\nProactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops their staff and manages HR related activities in line with HR norms and procedures.
