The position strengthens security operations, enhances coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensures timely response to operational and emergency needs while maintaining compliance with company security standards.\nMain Responsibilities\nCoordinates security operations across the Hickman facilities, providing continuous coverage and maintaining communication with the contracted security account manager.\nSupports the activities of contracted security guards across shifts, including monitoring performance, addressing operational issues, and adherence to established security procedures.\nControls personnel, visitor, vehicle, and material access to the facility, including monitoring access control systems, gates, and surveillance equipment.\nResponds to security incidents, emergencies, and irregular activities by securing affected areas, and completing required documentation.\nMonitors site conditions to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities, takes preventive action, and escalates security concerns to the Security Manager or Site Management.\nComply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, adhering to all laws and regulations of the area of responsibility.\nProtects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to the security team.\nCompletes necessary Tenaris training as required by the role.\nKnowledge Required:\nAssociate’s degree or higher education preferred;
