As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.\nWhat the Role Entails\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for the development and maintenance of data ingestion, data foundation, data warehouse, and reporting for overseas advertising systems.\nDrive performance and cost optimization of big data processing platform components within the overseas advertising ecosystem.\nDevelop and optimize streaming data pipelines and batch processing workflows for overseas advertising systems.\nConduct data analysis on overseas advertising business, identify optimization opportunities for ad performance from data insights, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.\nWho We Look For\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in big data development.\nDeep understanding of big data architectures; proficient in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and other distributed computing frameworks.\nStrong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Scala, C++, Go, Java).\nPrior experience in data development for ads, recommendation, or search domains is preferred.\nExperience in developing or optimizing big data processing platforms is preferred.\nProactive, highly self-driven, with strong resilience under pressure and solid communication skills.
