What the Role Entails

• Support data analysis for the overseas ad network, leveraging industry and advertiser insights to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, and help optimize advertiser campaign performance;
• Collaborate with Data Science and Recommendation teams on multi-source data analysis, contributing to the design and rollout of strategy optimizations while building reusable methodologies;
• Contribute to the development of the in-house data diagnostics platform, helping build monitoring and attribution modules across the full ad-delivery funnel to improve issue diagnosis and decision-making efficiency.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business Analytics preferred;
• 1-2 years of working experience in the advertising industry or data science, with understanding of ad recommendation systems; prior experience in data analysis or strategy for gaming products is a plus;
• Strong learning ability, curiosity about data and business, solid cross-functional collaboration skills, resilience under pressure, and a result-driven mindset;
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, able to support cross-regional communication and collaboration.
